THE “HOW TO”
ORDERING: Orders can be placed online at www.izzyssteaks.com. We require 72 hours notice on all orders. Please inform us of any allergies, as not all ingredients are listed. For questions and special requests, please email carole@izzyssteaks.com.
PAYMENT Full payment is made online at time of order.
CANCELLATION Orders can be canceled for a full refund with at least 72 hours notice. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up date & time will be refunded 50%.
DELIVERY & PICK UP We provide drop-off catering or pick-up only. Delivery is available for a 10% Delivery Fee within a 10-mile radius. A minimum order amount of $500 is required for delivery.
PREPARATION All orders will be presented in compostable containers. You’ll have some minimal preparation and reheating. Instructions will be provided with your order.
SERVICE CHARGE A 10% service charge will be applied to all orders.
